Brookhaven Healthcare Services was born in 1998, out of the need to better manage Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services under the Prospective Payment System. A small San Antonio based operator of Skilled Nursing Facilities began to develop a plan to survive the significant reduction in reimbursement from the Medicare program. Over the years, we have grown to provide In-house rehab programming for other companies, temporary staffing for SNF's, Hospitals, Outpatient Clinics; and recruiting for SNF Administrators, Director’s of Nursing, and other Administrative Nurses. In the spring of 2005, Brookhaven Healthcare Services launched their Recruiting and Staffing division with an addition of a full time recruiter, dedicated to finding; Speech Therapists Occupational Therapists Physical Therapists Administrators Director of Nursing Administrative Nurses Floor Nurses (RN & LVN) Certified Nurse Aides
