When we founded Touchstone Rehablitation/Brookhaven Medical Services in 1998, our goal was to organize the best professionals in the area and provide the support to the community by seeking out highly skilled clinicians who had a committment to providing compasionate care to our elders.
Touchstone Rehabilitation/Brookhaven Medical Services is an organization that takes pride in how it treats its residents as well as, its team members. We want our team to grow professionally and achieve their goals. That is why we are dedicated to offering our team members the best work environment possible.
Touchstone Rehabilitation/Brookhaven Medical Services is partner of Touchstone Communities and is the "in-house" provider of therapy services. We are currently located throughout Texas and in Prescott, Arizona. However, we are continuing to expand and grow so please check back often for a location near you.
